    Typical beef and white corn soup from the Andean region. The white corn is slow-cooked in a beef bone marrow broth as a base with a hint of peanut flavour using a century old recipe

  • Locro de Queso
    Probably Ecuador’s most popular potato soup, prepared using one of several potato varieties that grow in the Andes, the “papa chola” and cooked with white onions, cheese and cream, and served with avocado on the side for added flavour. A real vegetarian treat!
