Menu - Dining in Vilcabamba, Loja
The food at Madre Tierra changes daily and diners have a choice of two or three main dishes for breakfast and dinner. There is also an extensive lunch menu consisting of sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and burgers.
Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, home made granola, honey, and kefir (similar to yogurt, made with an original culture from Russia), fresh tea and coffee, and fruit juice. Guests are then offered free range eggs cooked to their preference and a daily main breakfast dish.
Dinner begins with a delicious home made soup served with freshly baked bread and hummus, followed by a choice of vegetarian, or meat or fish dish and delightful home made desserts.
All meals are enjoyed with a constant supply of the famous Madre Tierra horchata.
