Madre Tierra prides itself on everything home made and organic, including bread, granola, fresh salads, and satisfying, healthy and tasty main meals that cater to vegetarians as well as gourmet chicken, fish or meat dishes. Diners are offered bottomless glasses of freshly made horchata, a delicious and refreshing drink made with 15-20 healing herbs from the garden, a Vilcabamba sugar cane cocktail, and meals can also be enjoyed with fine wine and other beverages. At night, the tables are candle lit and cosy and are a perfect location to capture the feeling of the Vilcabamba paradise.
