Hacienda Pinsaquí near Otavalo is three centuries old and has been in the Freile-Larrea family for five generations. The history living in these walls is apparent upon walking into the beautifully decorated building. The restaurant has white stone walls, deep blue curtains and large windows which look out into the stunning landscape of Ecuador’s Lake District.
