Regine’s Café Aleman in Finca Chamanapamba near Baños has been providing the town of Baños with real authentic German cuisine since 1987. After the eruption of the Tungurahua Volcano, the restaurant re-opened its doors in 2004 and offers guests hospitality at the foot of the Chamana Waterfall. This unique and warmly decorated café, with pale wood and plenty of green plants is literally part of the luscious hillside as its construction preserved every little detail of nature surrounding it.
